The photos of your waiting time made me nervous. The photos of Katie brought tears to my eyes.
My thoughts and Prayers are with you Jen and your family.. That you have a good outcome and live a long and happy life with your beautiful Family
What a great loving family. Do have a healthy recovery and take care, Jen. Thanks for sharing your story with all of us.
Hey there Jen,
It’s Jay’s Aunt Cindy…I’ve had the pleasure of listening to your podcasts and meeting both you & Ryan @ a few Comicon events. Heard about what you’re going thru and just wanted to send you some positive vibes from California. I’ve been seeing a very dear friend thru this bc world over the last year, she’s kickin butt and takin names, finishing up reconstruction now. Our little mantra thru it all has been “High Positive, low drama” and it sounds like you are taking that to a new level! Feel the love sweetness!
The 2nd to the last photo with Katie in profile holding Jen’s hand absolutely did me in. Fortunately I saw it before I put on my mascara this morning. The love and concern on Katie’s face is palpable. I’m keeping the prayers going, Jen. I’m so happy this surgery is behind you.
More healing hugs coming your way…Tutu Sue
Awh. Thanks, guys. I got a bit teary eyed too in the movie theater. My friends thought I was just sleepy. :3
I’m sure this has been kind of a scary time for you and your brothers, Katie. I’m really, really proud of you.
Big hugs…Tutu Sue
Best wishes and prayers. >
I wish you and your entire family the best. I’m praying for you.
I just heard what was going on earlier this week. Ever since, you’ve been in my thoughts and prayers.
I’m so ashamed that it’s taken this long to reach out and tell you.
I hear that your surgery is behind you and you are heading home.
I will continue to pray for your recovery and will keep up with your blog updates.
If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know!!!!
The two last photos got me, as well. I can only imagine my own daughter, waiting for me, holding my hand.
I’ve seen the photos posted of you the last few days on Ryan’s page. You look happy. I hope you’re feeling well. I know your road to recovery is far from over. I wish you much love and healing.
You remain in my thoughts and prayers, and I hope you’re experiencing a miraculous recovery. i agree with the previous “commenters” about how touching the photo is showing Katie holding your hand while looking at you with such a loving face. (And, thanks, Ryan, for sharing the photos with us.)
Take care, Jen, and know you’re in the thoughts and prayers of many people!!
